If you have a mobile browser, then you could view your blog
from a mobile
phone. If you want to develop a template specifically for a
mobile, that's
also possible. Look into the concept of
"flavors".
As far as uploading images etc from a mobile directly to the
blog without
e-mail, well, I guess if you had an XML-RPC client that
supported the
metaWeblog API that'd probably work.
