question regarding spam in my blojsom blog

hello all,

i successfully set up and run a blojsom blog on my local
macintosh g4  
machine

Yesterday  i noticed that someone spammed my blog with
hundrets of  
comments :-/

is there a easy way to remove them ? and avoid this for the
