syndicate feed plugin

I might be mixing up terms here. When you say rss feed you
mean
the rss xml file that you get by going to
/roller/rss/blogname  , right?
I'm not familar with the term "Html feed" is
that just the website of the
blog? Can I give blosom the url of my blog's website?  What
is an "html" feed?
