Best comment spam plugin?

Hi,

I'd like to solicit some feedback about comment spam
plugins.  Over at http://blog.simpy.com I'm
using the math comment moderation plugin. It has helped cut
down the amount of comment spam a lot. However, it looks
like some spammers do their evil work manually, and manually
answer the simple math questions, thus bypassing my
"spam trap".

So, my question is: which other comment spam moderation
plugin(s) do you find the most effective? (other than the
manual moderation one, of course)

I've been very happy with the Akismet moderation plugin.

I also employ the link spam moderation plugin. Typically no
one is really
linking a lot in comments or trackbacks, so even small
values for the link
threshold work well.

How about a plugin to run comments, and postings, through
spam assassin?
 It could auto reject or challenge or "greylist"
and leverage existing
SA technology
