changing localhost in 3.0M2

I have installed Blojsom 3.0M2 and have it running under
MySQL.

The only problem now is changing the url's so they reflect
my real
ip address.

In earlier versions there was a blog.properties file.

I do not see that option here.

How can I change it?

You can change these properties directly in the database in
the Properties
table. Or you can change these properties through the
administration console
from the Weblog Settings | Properties menu.
