3.0 M2 hard coded to port 8080?

I just got my 3.0 M2 instance installed.  But I have my
tomcat running
on port 80.
I can hit:
    http://localho
st/blojsom/blog/default/
It gives me the "NAME YOUR BLOG" page but with
no stylesheet applied.

Also, if I try to log in to:
    h
ttp://localhost/blojsom/blog/default/?flavor=admin
I can load the page, but the submit (user:default
pass:default) fails.
I notice the link to "Back to NAME YOUR BLOG"
hard codes 8080.

Nope, just change the blog-url and blog-base-url properties
in the database.
