startup

Hi ,
             i am trying to set up my system so that i can
create ,view and
edit  blogs from mobile using blojsom.But after i download
the quick start
and updateds there are no further instructions on how to
proceed.can
anybody help regarding this?i downloaded blojsom.war and
downloaded the
updates for 3.2 version.
