unable to see the blog file extensions

Hi,
              i am redeploying jblosm and now unable to see
the column blog
file extensions and preview tab  in the weblog setting ->
edit blog
propeties.attached is the screen shot.i think we need to set
it somewhere
in the server.please helop!!!!!
