Do you have any access to the server logs? If you do, look and see
what's showing up there. Or, install the seeerror plugin (although if
other plugins aren't working, I guess that probably won't help).
It looks like you're on a shared system, so my guess would be that the
administrators changed something about how the web server is
configured. Maybe they changed the user it runs as, or created some
other permissions problem. I think your best bet is to get in touch
with them and see if they changed something at that time.
