I am quite new to BlueZ and excited to know that Bluez support multiple bluetooth adapters on one machine.
I am planning to setup a BT server machine which can support more than 7 SPP connections at a time.
Having no sufficient expertise in the area, I have the following concerns I would like to clarify.
1) I know that BT uses a narrow band width. So how many devices can simultaneously share the frequency space ?
2) With BlueZ, if I connect 16 adapters (16x7=112 connections) to a machine and I have -say- 100 BT client devices near by, can each of those
client devices reliably connect and communicate with one of those adapters at any time ? (Assuming serial port profile being used)
3) What is the tested scenario ? In terms of number of adapters / number of simultaneous connections ?
4) What is the performance impact ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
