PANd set up on Moto Q, but how to access it from desktop?

I have pand working thanks to help in #bluez, and my moto Q
sees it
under it's PAND settings, however, it does not seem that you
can set
the IP on the moto Q for PAN.

So my question is, now that I am on a PAN between Desktop
and moto Q,
how do I access the moto Q from desktop through PAN?
