I came across Java and JSR terms in blueZ site.

http://www.bluez.org/
jsr82.html

What does it mean. Can someoen explain this to me. Does it
mean that
blueZ would need Java support for its compilations etc. I
was thinking
of possibility for using blueZ in embedded linux. But in
that case I
have constraints like non-avaialbility of Java etc.

And could someone throw the complaince of blueZ wrt BT 2.0
specs. Is
it mostly complaint ?

 Thanks..

So your bluetooth device is probably made by Mavin
Technology.

Searching for "Mavin bluetooth" in your
favourite search engine might
give you more hints.

Hey Shailesh,
JSR 82 is just a RI (Reference Implementation) of the Java spec of the Bluetooth API... even if u download them u find empty classes and methods.....
BlueZ is implementred in Java applications in JBlueZ i guess.... just try googling... u can find the API....
