Hi,



 



I am new to this mailing list, trying to reach
someone from the bluetooth-alsa development team.



I have installes bluetooth-alsa together with the
newest alsa environment on my gentoo linux system.



 



I was trying to play incoming sound on this machine. So
i use a2recv and this tool seems to work.



As sending device i am using a HTC Universal Pocket
PC Phone based on M$ WM 5.0 AKU 2.0.



 



It can pear with bluez and send audio out. The linux
machine receives the sound and start playing.



 



But the sound is stuttering like hell. It is played
at half to quater of normal speed in very small sound blocks.



 



Can someone help me? Has somebody got this working on

You will be the first. 

Did you configure with --enable-fixed? Fixed point decoding
is more
efficient but it may not behave as well for some codec
settings.

Can you figure out what codec settings the wm5 device is
using? Maybe
they are not getting set in our decoder properly.
