Hi All users,
Just one day after the Beta2 comes the Beta3.
Changes since previous version are :
* UI: Add bookmardd icon in Menu : Bookmarks and Options
* CORE: solve bug introduced in 0.7.1 (Fx2 or Fx3 XUL
fatal error for options panel)
Known bug not solved :
- #19653 : empty lines in search duplicate window
- it is not possible to keep search duplicate window
maximized : it seems to be a firefox problem.
- URL of Livemark are detected as duplicate.
St?phane.

Hi Marco,
I think I will add an item in context menu that will allow
to show the path of an already bookmarked URL.
So when you right click on a page you could choose to
execute "Show URL parent Folder" like
"bookmark this page" and a dialog window will show
you the path like in duplicate window.
Do you think it could be useful ? This question is open to
all users not only Marco of course
This item in popup menu will be an option activated by
default but everyone could hidden it throw the option
panel.
Remarks are well come.
St?phane.

I do like that idea. Would it be possible to move
it to another folder at that point?
Thanks so much for putting in all this effort to
update the extension, it's much appreciated. I
really, really missed it and I'm using the beta
to try to sort out my mess of bookmarks.

Hi, I've joined the list.
I'm not sure if this proposed feature is necessary.
Isn't clicking the yellow star good enough?
It shows the current folder that contains the bookmark
anyway and you can move it
to another folder.

Max you are right it is already available with the yellow
icon.
So I won't implement a duplicate function
There a lot of functionality that could be developed.

haha yes! I was wrong, and Max is right. In firefox 3.0 I
can't add
a duplicate bookmark (via the yellow star), even if I wanted
to!
see: htt
p://support.mozilla.com/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?locale=en
-US&comments_parentId=101350&forumId=1
when I add an already existing bookmark then the old one is
MOVED to
the new location...
PS: maybe BookmarkDD can implement this feature... (how
ironical !)
