KCC and EDG toolsets

Hi!
V1 has two toolsets which are not present in V2 --
"kcc" and "edg". The first 
is for KAI C++ compiler, which was bought by Intel and is no
longer 
available. The second is for "EDG frontend (evaluation
version)", and I 
frankly have no idea how one can get that.

We don't have no regressions running with those, and I
suspect close to zero 
users. So: would it be OK to just drop those for V2?
