wxWidgets support

I still maintain them, but unfortunately these files are
used in project 
with 'frozen' Boost library (CVS version about 9 months
old now).

I can port them to the current Boost.Build (new conditionals
will be 
very handy) if there is a demand for them. I'd be glad to
maintain them 
in the Boost repository.
