Access to compiler path?

Hallo,
is it possible to refer to a compiler's path? I need to set
the search 
directory for a library to a directory within the compiler's

installation directory and I'd like to keep it relative;
ideally 
something like

<toolset>borland:<search>$(compiler_path)/../Psd
