I read

ld_V2/MIDL_HOWTO describing how to build COM servers with
boost.build,
and I'd like to use this in a project. Unfortunately, the
source code
seems to be unavailable: the webpage reads 'Note: the
functionality
described by this document is not in CVS yet'. Also, the
link to 'how to
build a COM server using BBv2.zip' does not seem to work.
How can I get
the source code implementing functionality to build COM
servers with
boost.build, and where can I get the zip file with the
example code?
