Boost.Test Jamfile v2

This lines in Jamfile.v2 looks incorrect. I do not know how
to fix them 
though

    : requirements <define>BOOST_TEST_NO_AUTO_LINK=1
                   <os>NT:<link>static

Also: does follwoing line
   <toolset>msvc:<asynch-exceptions>on

means the same for all toolsets that inherited from msvc?
