Documentation out of sync

It would seem that the pdf and html documentation is out of
sync. The html
appears to be more current. I'm using the "Quick
access" in the upper
right-hand corner "Documentation" and
"PDF" links on this page:

	http:/
/www.boost.org/tools/build/v2/index.html


For example, in the Detailed Reference of the html there is
a "Builtin Rules"
section immediately following the "Command line"
section. The PDF is missing
the "Builtin Rules" section.
