Whoever regenerated the jamgram.h/jamgram.c files the last
time used
bison instead of plain yacc, which means that we now have
GPL'd source
in Boost.  This problem needs to be fixed ASAP.  I realize
it doesn't
legally affect usability of Boost source, but it *does*
cause major
problems for legal departments evaluating the usability of
Boost.

Well, I don't know who regenerated this file, but it has
this blurb:

/* As a special exception, when this file is copied by Bison
into a
   Bison output file, you may use that output file without
restriction.
   This special exception was added by the Free Software
Foundation
   in version 1.24 of Bison.  */
