Thank you for your response.  I just noticed that you
sent me SHELL documentation for "Boost build version
2".  I am looking for help on a different product
"Boost.Jam  Version 3.1.13".  Is there a mailing
list
for my product?

This list is it. Read my follow up which points at the bjam
docs. And 
also you can download the docs along with the source for
bjam from 
<http://sourceforge.net/proje
ct/showfiles.php?group_id=7586&package_id=72941>.

Either of the source packages will have the documentation.
