build.jam / Intel

Hi,

please could somebody change the runtime library arguments
for 
intel-win32 in build.jam?

/ML ----> /MT
/MLd ----> /MTd

Otherwise, this toolset doesn't work together with VC 8
anymore.

(I guess my old CVS account hasn't been transferred to
SVN...)
