Boost.Build can create Windows Graphical Installers using
the Windows
Installer XML (WIX) toolset (http://wix.sourceforge.ne
t/).

Take a look at the wix.jam file that Reece Dunn has

.uk/

WIX is the installer used by the Microsoft Office team to
create the
installation MSI and EXE packages.
