about building boost in VC8_ARM

The BBv2 jam files I have are only a partial implementation
of VC8-arm support. They would require some work to get them
to build on that platform. Other people have taken my work
and have provided better support for this.

I will send you what I have in the next few days, so please
be patient.

I'm also very interested in VC8-arm support for
Boost.Build, and I have
resources to spare to work on it.  Please CC me or the list
when sending
the files.
