Release notes for Boost-Jam 3.1.12

Hi,

I'm currently using Boost-Jam 3.1.9 and would like to
upgrade to  
3.1.12 but I can't find any release notes either on
boost.org or in  
the mailing lists.

Do you have release notes availables. Even a cvs checkin
comments  
history would be nice.
