That's not the problem.  The problem is that the cert
belongs to a
"different" server address:

     zigzag.lvk.cs.msu.su

That can and should be fixed, although I think using
https:/
/zigzag.lvk.cs.msu.su:7813/boost.build to access the
Trac is a
good workaround.
