| Hi----I am nutsy about
vitamin D. Here is a website.
Vitamin D (D3 is the best
to take) is inexpensive. I get mine from
iherb.com.
I am especially concerned
about people of color and low vitamin D levels and hypertension, cancer,
diabetes.

At age 51, IDC dx 9/1998, 2.5 cm, 5 pos nodes. Stage III. ER
weakly
positive, I guess, since PR pos,Her2/neu neg, lumpectomy, port, 4
taxoteres
and 3 adrias, 35 or so RADS. Tamoxifen for 5 years, and now on
arimidex.
Some cardiac muscle damage related to adria, but cardiac output
“normal.”;
Tumor not visualized on annual mammos and USs. Tumor grew in scar
tissue
from previous neg biopsy 7 years earlier. Lots of fibrocystic areas
now
pretty much gone thanks to menopause and tamoxifen. I’ve had MRIs twice
with
one false positive. Prozac helped tremendously with hot flashes. I
finished
Tamoxifen 7/2004 and began Arimidex which has been easy to
tolerate. NED, so
far. I live in southern NJ near Philadelphia.
