Bug Description: pass thru auth plugin should be configured
by default
Reviewed by: ???
Files: see diff
Branch: HEAD
Fix Description: If you do a core DS build, you don't have
a config DS
or a user DS, and
therefore the pass thru auth plugin is not added to the
server config. It
should always be added, disabled if not used immediately.
The fix is to
add it in this case, disabled.

a way around user override?

We've got a user whose account is corrupt and hangs any
browser on any
machine that tries to access her account, whether by
standard login or by
user override. We've created a new account for her, but
she has some items
in her corrupt account's workspace and needs to get them
out. Is there a
way to get these without having to log into her account and
check them back
into the edit desk?

Thanks!
