Existing Subelement Types not displayed in Element Type Profile

Hi

I am using 1.10.2

I was playing with my element definitions today and noticed
that when
I go to edit or make a new 'Element Profile', the' Existing

Subelement Types' do not display. However I can select a new

Subelement by clicking the button that says: 'Add Subelement
'and it
will make it available to me along with all the old ones
like 'page'
or 'author profile' (When I'm editing or creating a new
story of type
'Article' for instance) however it will not be listed in
this
'Element Profile' space.

The same thing happens whether I am editing an existing
element or
making a new one.

Has a bug been filed for this that I missed?

Thank you
Dawn

Hey Dawn,

I noticed something like this too the other day on 1.10.2
...

Basically, I could add sub-elements to an element but the
sub-
elements would not initially show up on that element's
profile.
However, if I saved that element and edited it again, the
sub-element
(s) would appear.

Is that what you're experiencing?

Phillip.

Actually yes!

However when I wrote this email - I was not seeing the
sub-elements
show up before or after saving the changes in Element Types.
Perhaps
if I had logged out and in again? Could this have something
to do
with caching of browser info?

Today I look at my 'article' Element Type and all the
subelements
showed up fine, including the ones I had just added!

I'm using Firefox as my browser.
