Question to usage with lots of stories

Hi!

I have a question regarding possibly larger sites.

How do your clients, i.e., the "content editors", 
typically find their stories?

Do they just use the Simple/Advanced Search in "Find
Stories", even
with some hundred stories and categories?

If the content editors see a wrong page in the website, how
do they
identify the corresponding story? It's probably hard for
them to have
the site structure in mind or know all available categories.
It looks
already difficult with about 20 stories.

We discuss this here at work and I cannot give an answer.  

Any help?

Sometimes I thought maybe the CATEGORY_BROWSER might be such
a feature
but I don't see it anywhere after enabling in config. Where
would I
expect the CATEGORY_BROWSER? Is it the feature I need, at
all?
