Keyword plugin?

Assuming this is possible, has anyone created a plugin for
adding
keywords to a story that auto-fills/auto-suggests based on
what is in
the keywords table?

Yep, it's in trunk and will be in the next dev release.
Marshall did  
it as part of his Summer of Code project.
