I've attached /ui/ssi/header.cmp and /ui/ssi/footer.cmp.
/ui/ssi/nav/ 
mason.cmp is generated by the navigation story type and
templates,  
and /archive/mason.cmp is generated by the archive story
type and its  
template in the "Mason" output channel.
