Workflows not showing up in UI

I added two workflows to one of our sites using bric_soap,
and now they
show up in the database but not in the Workgroups screen.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Permissions, I'd guess.
Unless it's some caching problem, so try logging out and
back in.
