Yes I can create media types. In my story I have a paragraph
and a
related media (image). I would like to put this image inside
the
paragraph, instead of before or after the paragraph.

For images mixed with text, we just use related media
element types that
include some text fields and subelements.  The templates do
the rest,
like placing the images and text in the same div or possibly
putting of
the content within a paragraph block.
