I would like to be able to set up a preview area on my
production server so
that I know that what I am seeing is exactly what will
happen when it goes
live.

I tried setting up a destination to have both preview and
publish, but it
seems it uses the same paths for both and thus all my
previews would be
live. So I set up a second destination. I pointed it at the
same server and
changed the destination path to a subdirectory under the the
main area.
Unfortunately, when Bricolage previews the pages for me, it
doesn't know
that it needs to prefix the directory path with my
subdirectory and I can
find no where to set such a thing.

Can someone recommend a better way to do this?

Run two web servers -- you can run the 2nd one on port other
than 80 OR
you can grab another IP address.
