Story checked out -- permanently

Hi all. I'm hoping someone out there can help me with this
problem. We have a story that's permanently checked out
under my own user account, but when I click
"edit," I get the same error message:

An error occurred while processing your request:Can't call
method "allowed_desks" on an undefined
value at
/var/bricolage/bricolage/comp/widgets/story_prof/edit_meta.h

Tragically, this story is our home page! Any
suggestions/ideas would be GREATLY appreciated.

Might try moving the story to another desk or checking it
back in / out to unstick it.

or use the the soap interface to checkin the story.
