it on CPAN.

If you give me whatever rights for the sourceforge account
so that I can upload the dist tarball, that's enough.
Or I'll `make dist` and send it to you, I don't really
care,
just we need to release something. Go! Go! Go!

I can update the downloads page on bricolage.cc if you
want.

The Kineticode site I think is your responsibility
since it's your business site.

There really is more to it than `make dist`. Please,
*please* try  
upgrading a production system or two before releasing it.
Otherwise,  
you will be releasing 1.10.4 before you know it.
