Being that you're envisioning this as story/element/template
 
development, yeah, I think it could work.  Of course, it
wouldn't be  
*part* of Bricolage, per say.  But perhaps when we sort out
a place  
to have a good template library and/or best practices
section, it  
could be a part of that.
