Bugzilla Down? And my story is uneditable

I found a bug in the bugzilla mailing list archives that I'd
like to
vote for, but I can't get to bugzilla. Is that just
something on my end?

The reason I ask is because I really need a work around for
this bug
(which I found in the mail archives).

I can't edit the story in its' current state; it's not on
any desk so I
can't check it in. It's in limbo, basically.

Is there an admin thing I can do? Can I update a row in the
db? 

Btw, the error message looks like this:

There may well be a patch. We'll have to see when Bugzilla
comes back  
up.
