InnoDB

	All tables in Bugzilla now use InnoDB on MySQL, except the
longdescs table (because it needs a fulltext index, and
InnoDB doesn't
support fulltext indexes).

	(We agreed to move to InnoDB many months ago, but to delay
it
until the beginning of the 3.2 development cycle, to give us
enough
testing time. We're now there, so I committed the change.)

If we mention mysqlhotcopy anywhere in our docs or examples,
we need to
get rid of it.
