This is very well done. It is not overly complex. I agree
that it would
be better if we could click anywhere in the cell and I would
hilight the
boxes that are invalid with some subtle color to help make
them stand
out from the ones that have checkboxes in them. 

Good Job. Can't wait to see this live.
