My brain just isn't working today....
Inside a solution I have the following setup.
Solution File:
\ProjectPlan\Projectplan.aspx (WAP: ProjectPlan)
\portal.master (WAP: Portal)
The ProjectPlan is a WebApplicationProject and the
Portal.master sits
inside another Web Application Project called Portal
I am attempting to reference the masterpage from the Portal
project
inside the ProjectPlan project.
If I specify MasterPageFile="/portal.master" I
get an error in the IDE
and none of the ContentPlaceHolders are valid.
What is the correct approach to referencing master pages in
other
projects when using Web Application projects?
Or am I doing something that isn't possible?
Thanks,
Jason
