I think the tricky part of what you want is that you want
the javascript
to be executed. So you either want to write your own
javascript
interpreter of piggy back off someone else's.

I've done a little playing with firefox extensions and I
think it may be
possible, probably by iterating through the all the
childNodes on a page
and calling innerHtml on all objects. You might want to
check out the
chromeWindow.content.document.wrappedJSObject property. So
you would
need to boot firefox (or gecko), point it at the page and
run your code.

That said this is a really client side issue, not related to
anything
server side. The fact that you are doing it on the server is
immaterial.
Also this question would apply equally to jsp, Asp.Net, perl
and php.
