In outlook 2003 anyway, there's an 'Add rule...' button to
click on the
OOO wizard. That pops a dialog on which you can check a
'sent directly
to me' box, which I believe takes care of list e-mails.

There are some basic rules available within the Out of
Office options
dialog, however i'm not sure if you can add a list of
exceptions (so it
doesn't get sent to lists).
You could make a rule to delete OOO emails that are received
from
DOTNET-WEB DISCUSS.DEVELOP.COM though.
