go to IIS - directory security - IP Restrictions

here you can specify that only 127.0.0.1 has access to the
app directory.

Can someone tell me how I can deny access to a webservice
for users outside
of my machine?

I have a webservice and a web application which both reside
on the same
machine. How can I only allow my web application and the
localhost to use
the webservice and deny everyone else?

similar to how the test button for webservices is only
available locally.
