Sharepoint 2007(offtopic)

Sorry it is a bit offtopic but I wonder where I can download
sharepoint 2007 beta. I crawled Office/preview site on
microsoft and
msdn subscripber pages but could not find a link...

I have a typed dataset and in the xsd I'm using sequence

<xs:complexType
name="ConsolidatedQuoteInfo">
                <xs:sequence>
                        <xs:element
name="TransactionType"
type="xs:string"
minOccurs="0"
default="&quot;&quot;" />
                        <xs:element
name="Project" type="ProjectInfo"
minOccurs="0" />
                        <xs:element
name="Quote" type="QuoteInfo"
minOccurs="0" />
                </xs:sequence>
        </xs:complexType>


but when I write out the xml the elements are not in the
sequence as defined
in the xsd.  Any input as to why?
