In theory any resource served by http should be accessable
via typing
the url into a browsers address bar. But in practise you can
make it
very arkward to type urls by using Get Params that are long
and awkward
to type but can be generated and validated automatically by
the
computer. Another method is to stick a value in the Session
object and
validate the contents on the page load.

Subject: Preventing direct access to pages

Thanks for the help on my previous problem. Too long away
from DOS made
me rusty. As usual, once you know what to look for you can
find it in
help :-(

Next problem - I have some pages that I don't want users to
be able to
enter the url in their browser and be able to access them, I
only want
access from a link elsewhere in the web site. Can anyone
please give me
a pointer/keyword etc so that I can find the information.
