I am a very experienced desktop/client-server developer. I
build my apps
to have a 3 tier approach (Data (including all SQL and DB),
Middle-tier
(business objects that handle all data related work), and UI
(displaying
data and data retrieval from user). Of course this is basic
structure. My
question is this, for those of you who do web work, do you
stick with
custom business objects and use data readers to retrieve the
data from the
DB and fill your business objects that are mark serializable
and use the
collection of these objects as the source for your web apps
or do you go
with the easier approach and have a middle-tier of objects
that pass
datasets back and forth?
