Performance problems on some PCs

Hello,

I have a very straightforward ASP.Net 1.1 application
running on IIS 6.0
with SqlServer 2000 that normally works very well.

But every once in a while people report very, very slow
performance of
this application, but when they try it from another PC
performance is
excellent... In both cases they use the same browser,
usually IE.

Has anybody experienced this before and can tell me where to
start
looking? What difference on the client side could possibly
cause this big
difference in server performance?
